Refund Policy
Refund Policy Last updated: 15-3-2026 This policy applies to digital subscriptions, plugin access, wallet top-ups, and related digital services.
1. Digital Delivery Services are digital and may be activated immediately after payment. Many transactions become non-refundable after activation or usage.
2. Limited Refund Window A refund request may be considered within 72 hours from initial subscription purchase only if:
there is a verified critical technical issue attributable to the platform, the issue blocks core service usage, and support could not resolve it after receiving complete technical evidence.
3. Non-Refundable Cases Activated/used digital access. Activated plugin access. Wallet top-ups (except where mandatory law requires otherwise). Renewal charges not canceled before renewal date. Policy-violation suspensions, abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity. Claims based on unmet expected business outcomes.
4. Deductions on Approved Refunds If approved exceptionally, we may deduct consumed value and direct costs (including AI credits/tokens usage and gateway fees). 5. Chargebacks Unjustified chargebacks for validly delivered digital services may result in account suspension and recovery actions.
