2. Account Responsibility You are responsible for your account and all actions under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must not share access in ways that enable abuse or unauthorized use.

3. Digital Service Nature Our services are digital and may be activated immediately after payment. No physical goods are delivered by us unless explicitly stated. 4. Billing, Wallet, and Renewals Charges are shown at checkout in the selected currency and cycle. Wallet balance is prepaid digital credit and is generally non-refundable once credited or used. If auto-renewal is enabled, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation before renewal.

5. Acceptable Use No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity. No bypassing of security, limits, subscriptions, or payment controls. No misuse of AI features for prohibited or illegal content.

6. AI Output Disclaimer AI output is probabilistic and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving generated content before use. We do not guarantee business outcomes such as sales or profits.

7. Intellectual Property All platform software, source code, designs, legal pages, branding, databases, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, republish, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the platform without prior written permission. All rights are reserved.

8. Suspension and Termination We may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, policy violations, security risks, or non-payment.

9. Chargebacks Unjustified chargebacks for validly delivered digital services may lead to account suspension and recovery actions.

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without liability for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnity You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

12. Updates We may update features, pricing, and these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
